1. Antigua and Barbuda Citizenship – 3-4 months processing time to obtain country’s passport. The investment required is either a Donation to the Gov’t Fund (USD250,000) or purchase of real estate (starting at USD400,000).
2. St Kitts and Nevis Citizenship – 3-4 months processing time to obtain country’s passport, very similar program to Antigua and Barbuda;
3. Portugal Golden Permit: The purchase of real estate with a minimum value of EUR 500,000 (most popular option);
4. Cyprus Citizenship by investment: The applicant must have made an investment of €2,0 million (excluding VAT) in any qualifying investment category or a combination, such as Purchase or creation or participation in Cypriot businesses or companies, Investment in alternative investment funds (AIFs), financial assets of Cypriot businesses or organisations which are licensed by the Cyprus Stock Exchange Commission (reducing the amount from the former €5,0 million for individual applicants and €2,5 million for applicants participating in a “collective investment scheme”);
5. Malta – processing time 12-16 months. Citizenship costs via the leasing of a property approximately are €1,023,700 or €1,277,700 via the property purchase option.
